We'll help you establish your own outreach or ministry. Our leadership training seminars will equip you with the knowledge you need to get started leading a small group.

Internship with experienced leaders will give you the confidence you need to establish your ministry. 

Ongoing support is available through mentorship and through networking in the Texas Abortion Recovery Alliance.

Would you like to help others to heal from the affects of abortion?  We're excited to welcome you into this groundbreaking new area of restoration ministry.   Leaders come from all walks of life.  Some have experienced and abortion and know first-hand the feelings that accompany abortion.  Others have never had an abortion, but have a God-given compassion for the men and women who have. 

Become part of the team

Abortion recovery leadership is a precious commitment to those who will be under your care.  Some of our basic requirements are:

  • You must be in agreement with our mission statement
  • You must submit an application and have an interview with the director
  • You must provide a reference from your pastor or other ministry leader
  • You must obtain certification by completing the Texas Abortion Recovery Alliance Training Seminar
  • Complete an internship under an experienced leader in a Texas Abortion Recovery Alliance affiliated recovery group
  • Serve as a co-leader with an experienced leader
  • Start leading your own small group


    • If you've experienced an abortion    , you'll need toParticipate in one of our abortion recovery sessions to make sure you've addressed your own issues
